# Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want your PAWCO harness in your hands — and on your dog — as quickly as possible. Here's how we get it to you.

We ship **within Australia only**, using Australia Post.

## Order processing

Every order is picked, quality-checked and packed before it goes out the door. Please allow **up to 2–3 business days** from order confirmation to dispatch.

Orders are dispatched **Monday to Friday**. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing on the next business day.

Delivery times below are counted from the **dispatch date**, not the order date.

## Shipping options & cost

We offer **free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99**.

These are estimates based on Australia Post's network, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery to regional and remote areas can take longer, and times may stretch during peak periods or busy sale windows — we'll always do our best to keep you posted.

## Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

## Getting your delivery address right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away at **[hello@pawco.com.au]** — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll fix it.

## If your order is running late

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch at **[hello@pawco.com.au]** and we'll chase it up with Australia Post. Under Australian Consumer Law, where no delivery date is agreed, we'll supply your order within a reasonable time.

## Lost parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll open an enquiry with Australia Post. Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.

## Damaged on arrival

Your harness should reach you in perfect condition. Risk in your order passes to you once it's delivered to your nominated address — so anything that happens to it in transit is on us, not you.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello.pawco@gmail.com.au within a reasonable time with your order number and a few photos of the damage (and the packaging, if it helps). We'll sort out a replacement or refund. This sits under your consumer guarantees — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how faulty and damaged items are handled.
